There’s no doubt Camila looked stunning in her dress, plus her abs looked super-toned. If you’re curious to know what she does to stay so fit, keep reading for the details.
For the past few years, Camila has been working with celebrity trainer Jenna Willis. But when they’re not doing one-on-one sessions, Camila takes her workouts outdoors. Some of her go-to forms of exercise include running, paddleboarding, and hiking. She also likes to challenge herself with fun events like the Tough Mudder 5k, which she took on with a few friends back in February.
As for her diet, Camila gives credit for her healthy eating habits to her ex-boyfriend Shawn Mendes. “Shawn has influenced me to be healthier…I was not healthy at all before. I never ate vegetables before. Just like, easy vegetables like cucumbers or cold carrots with Caesar. Which, I wouldn’t say are hard vegetables,” she revealed to BBC Radio, per Hola.
Aside from all things fitness, Camila has been outspoken about body positivity. She sparked a conversation about how she deals with being photographed while working out in a viral TikTok last year. Since then, she talked about her experience on The Late Late Show with James Corden and recently penned an open letter about body image on IG.
Her transparency has even led other celebrities such as Ireland Baldwin to get candid with their followers about their insecurities. “Being at war with your body is so last season. I am grateful for this body that lets me do what I need to do. We are real women with curves and cellulite and stretch marks and fat. And we gotta own that, baby,” Camila said on her TikTok.
We love a body-positive queen!
