The best teen (or sorta teen) romantic comedy of the ‘90s made it just under the decade wire in 1999: Never Been Kissed. This is not up for debate. The now elusive Michael Vartan is the absolute dreamiest, Drew Barrymore's Josie is everything you want in a root-for-able character, and I'm still — still — trying to find that exact orchestral arrangement of The Beach Boys' "Don't Worry Baby" that plays during that long-awaited first kiss. If it's on TV, I'm watching it. End of story.

One of the most charming elements of the movie is Josie's style and beauty evolution. A longtime stereotypical nerd, she goes from discounted office gauchos to chaotic teen-style misfirings to genuinely adorable, trendy yet timeless looks. To this day, alternative to uroxatral I remain obsessed with that one outfit Barrymore wears while hanging out with the popular mean girls — the white ditsy-print top, dark denim cut-off capris, and the cutest layered lob.

So many trends from the ‘90s (read: my entire adolescence) have returned, so it’s no wonder I find myself wanting to recreate looks from Never Been Kissed. And apparently Barrymore feels the same way because she has curated a special Never Been Kissed-inspired collection of Flower Beauty makeup.

Barrymore carefully perused her beauty brand's offerings to come up with an array of products she feels Josie would have loved to use during her undercover, belated bildungsroman. Specifically, the collection includes the Shimmer & Strobe Highlighting Palette ($14), Color Shift Lip Smoothie ($10), Perfect Pout Moisturizing Lipstick in Berrymore ($9), Petal Pout Lip Mask in Pucker ($10), Scribble Sticks in Sherbert, Razzleberry, and Espresso ($10 each), Seal the Deal Luminizing Setting Spray ($13), and Flower Pots Powder Blush in Warm Hibiscus and Sweet Pea ($10 each).

The Razzleberry Scribble Stick has very similar vibes to the berry-brown matte lip Barrymore wore as she waited on the pitcher's mound to finally be kissed, so naturally, that's the first thing I'm putting my CVS cart. (All of the products are a CVS exclusive, by the way). Note to self, though: Make sure to not have "loser" stamped on my forehead before setting my makeup with the Seal the Deal Luminizing Setting Spray.

All the products in Flower Beauty's Never Been Kissed curated collection are now available for $9 to $14 at CVS and cvs.com.
