Tiredness and fatigue are common complaints among many and with the end of another tumultuous year, energy levels for most are at an all time low. Taking either a melatonin or a vitamin B12 supplement, however, can help lift your energy levels and improve your overall mood.
Melatonin, which is also known as “the sleep hormone”, could also be taken as supplements.
