Now, in order to combat years of heavy filters, beauty modes and every other influencer being a makeup guru, a new TikTok challenge has taken over our feeds, flipping the switch to an au natural approach.
Set to “Humble” by Kendrick Lamar, the #Fitlerless challenge promotes users to show a fully-glam filters version of themselves, set alongside an after shot of themselves with no filter – all in the name of body positivity.
The trend, which flows to the lyrics “I’m so fuckin’ sick and tired of the photoshop/ Show me somethin’ natural like afro on Richard Pryor,” has gained so much attention that even celebs like Lizzo have jumped in.
