Kaley Cuoco, 35, Shows Off Her Super Toned Legs In A Chartreuse Mini Dress And Heels Before The Emmy Awards

  • But before the big show, where she wore a stunning neon Vera Wang gown, Kaley, 35, rocked a monochrome look that included a chartreuse green mini dress with bell sleeves by Stella McCartney, some satin heeled sandals, and an amazing ostrich feather clutch.
  • She mixes up her routine often and quickly crushes on certain workouts.

For this weekend’s Emmy awards, actress Kaley Cuoco showed off two amazing looks.

The actress was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her show The Flight Attendant. And before the big show, where she wore a stunning neon Vera Wang gown, Kaley, 35, rocked a monochrome look that included a chartreuse green mini dress with bell sleeves by Stella McCartney, some satin heeled sandals and an amazing ostrich feather clutch. (She also kept it real by wearing a pair of matching Nike hightops!)

When it comes to her workout routine, Kaley previously told Women’s Health that she mixes up her routine and quickly crushes on certain workouts. “If I’m doing yoga, we’re doing it every day this week… Then I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I have to switch,'” she said. “Then I’m going crazy on SoulCycle… ‘Okay, I have to switch.'”

She works with her trainer Ryan Sorensen, who puts her through all kinds of HIIT and strength workouts, which include: slamming a weighted medicine ball, sprints on the treadmill, cardio on a VersaClimber machine, weighted lunges, battle rope work,resistance band work, and jumping rope.

You can usually find Kaley at her home gym, along with her sister-slash-workout-buddy, Briana Cuoco. And she kept up her routine during COVID/quarantine like a boss. Outside of the gym, she also stays active riding horses.
